Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only - For most, light weight, orders we make a small charge of just 99p to cover post (first class) and packing. For mid weight items we charge £4.99. Heavy items are £11.99. The delivery charge relevant to your order will be calculated by the website and shown seperately at the site checkout.
Scottish Highlands and Ireland - Items of a high value or that are heavy & destined for Northern Ireland (BT), Isles or Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) may incur additional charges to those shown at the checkout process and may also experience delivery delays. accessorystore.co.uk reserves the right to contact the customer and request additional payment for these charges should these incur.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, accessorystore.co.uk will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. Most deliveries are made within 3 working days from clearance of payment, but please allow up to 5 working days. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We insist you keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
All goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer against faults in manufacture, unless otherwise stated, from the date of invoice. The guarantee excludes any faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. In addition, routine maintenance such as cleaning audio/video heads, or consumables - batteries, fuses, styli etc - is not covered.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by accessorystore.co.uk, you should contact us. Should your product develop a fault, you may return it to us within 12 months of purchase for repair or replacement, to accessorystore.co.uk.
Unwanted goods - For unwanted goods accessorystore.co.uk offers a 14-day return policy. To return a product under this policy, the customer having read the conditions set out below, must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number by:

• Writing to Accessorystore, PO Box 329, Waterlooville, PO7 9BW, United Kingdom.
A Returns Number will be issued and this must be clearly identified on a returns label or the external packaging, and internal documentation when the Goods are returned, no markings should be made on the product or product packaging. The internal documentation should include proof of purchase, the returned product must be complete, and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging. Certain product categories by their nature are exempt from the 14-day return policy; these would include for example software, cut cable, built kits and consumables. accessorystore.co.uk will not accept the return under the 14-day return policy of any Goods that have had a manufacturers or suppliers warranty or registration invoked. accessorystore.co.uk will deem such registration by the Customer as acceptance of the Goods. accessorystore.co.uk must receive all returns within 14 days of the Returns Number being issued and any Goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis. The Customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged, and that the Goods are protected when being returned. The Customer must provide to accessorystore.co.uk proof of despatch to accessorystore.co.uk. In the event of Goods being returned without a previously allocated Return Number, the processing of any claim by the Customer is likely to be delayed, and may not be accepted upon delivery to accessorystore.co.uk.
Where unwanted Goods are returned to accessorystore.co.uk after the expiry of the 14-day return period but within a reasonable period of time, accessorystore.co.uk reserves the right to levy a handling charge. A charge of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods returned, with a minimum charge of £10 will be levied on Goods which are not defective. The Customer must bear all the costs of returning any unwanted Goods to accessorystore.co.uk and provide proof of delivery. accessorystore.co.uk reserve the right to recover reasonable direct costs where collection of goods from a customer has been requested. accessorystore.co.uk reserves the right not to accept the return of unwanted, non-defective goods after the 14 day period at it’s absolute discretion.
Unwanted Goods under Distance Selling Regulations – The Distance Selling Regulations give the Customer the right to change their mind and to cancel an order within 7 working days. Reasonable care should be taken whilst the goods remain in their possession and goods must be adequately packaged when being returned back to accessorystore.co.uk. Customers whose transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, the 7 day cooling off period is inclusive within the 14 day returns policy.
Faulty goods under Warranty - Any defects in the Goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by accessorystore.co.uk either by repair or, at the sole discretion of accessorystore.co.uk, by replacement or refund. Any claim for Goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective Goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within a reasonable period of time after delivery.
All warranties and conditions which are capable of being excluded by statute or otherwise are excluded from any contract provided that nothing in the contract shall affect the statutory rights of the Consumer or liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of accessorystore.co.uk.
accessorystore.co.uk Reserve the right to inspect any Goods returned prior to issuing credit for those Goods.
Warranty seals applied to any Goods supplied by accessorystore.co.uk must not be removed or broken and any product without the warranty seals intact will be deemed to have had any warranty invalidated and the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
The Conditions set out in the Returns & Cancellations section of this page do not affect the statutory rights of a Consumer, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any statutory modification thereof, Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
The responsibility for ensuring that Goods are sufficient and suitable for the Customer’s requirements rests with the Customer, save insofar as accessorystore.co.uk have specifically advised the Customer that the Goods are sufficient and suitable for the Customer’s purposes.
The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the fitness for purpose of the Goods for the Customer’s application.
To the extent permitted by law, accessorystore.co.uk accepts no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in respect of loss, damage or expense arising from errors in information or advice provided whether or not due to accessorystore.co.uk’s negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors save for any loss or damage arising from death or personal injury.
To the extent permitted by law, accessorystore.co.uk shall not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of any Contract with the Customer, for any indirect, special or unforeseen loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of accessorystore.co.uk, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or their use or resale by the Customer.
accessorystore.co.uk will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that accessorystore.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of accessorystore.co.uk.
