There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. Most deliveries are made within 3 working days from clearance of payment, but please allow up to 5 working days. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We insist you keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
All goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer against faults in manufacture, unless otherwise stated, from the date of invoice. The guarantee excludes any faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. In addition, routine maintenance such as cleaning audio/video heads, or consumables - batteries, fuses, styli etc - is not covered.

You may return any unopened product to us within 14 days for a refund less original delivery charge and 20% handling fee. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
