The interference from TETRA and TVI can almost always be easily cured by fitting a suitable filter. Some filters are manufactured specifically to reject TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) signals and can be plugged directly into amplifiers or the TV receiver although this will depend on the type of amplifier fitted.
If you use an amplifier/booster - particularly wide band amplifiers - as part of your aerial systems you may find that the amplifier picks up non-television signals and distorts them in a way that causes interference to the TV signal. The only way to cure this is to fit a filter to the TV or aerial system
