	Key features: Turn ordinary electrical sockets into telephone outlets These can be used to connect cordless and corded phones, pc modems, satellite set-top-box, Internet appliances, fax machine, VoIP adapters, Sky digital services and other data oriented devices to the phone line Very simple to install as no wiring needed The product consists of a base unit and an extension unit. Both units are adapter-type plugs which fit the 13 amp electrical sockets in the home. In each unit there is a facility for plugging in a telephone plug. The product has a Plug-In and Play concept. No software is required. Suitable for analogue phone lines only. The Wireless PHONE Jack does not support the ADSL LAN signal. The Wireless PHONE Jack can be installed on the analogue port of a terminal adapter and hereby extend the analogue telephone line to anywhere in the house. The telephone jack uses DECT technology from RTX in a special configuration, enabling modem signals to be transmitted at speeds of up to 56 Kbit/s based on the V.34 and V.90 standards. This was not possible with DECT in a normal configuration, but with RTX as the unrivalled leader in DECT, we have been able to expand from the standard 9 Kbit/s to 56 Kbit/s.
