The high drain equivalent of this cell, the 392 (SR41W), can happily be substituted for this low drain 384 and, as there is no price penalty for our customers, we might often supply the high drain version. This Silver Oxide cell has exactly the same dimensions as the less expensive LR41s, and can sometimes be substituted by these alkaline batteries.
